Facebook Advertising gets a bad reputation because business owners can’t crack it quite often, even if they spend time learning marketing. To be honest, the main problem that these business owners have is trying to be an advanced corporate marketer with no actual training.
They try to use stock photos with a good design on top to look professional. Alternatively, they may use stock videos. They focus on the technical aspects of marketing such as cost per click, cost per million impressions, and so on.
While they are complaining that they are not making any conversions, they aren’t tracking their conversions or how people are interacting with their ads or landing pages. Once I switched from using stock photos and designed ads to authentic genuine ads, I began to start converting. Once I started seeing where people were converting and on what ads, I was able to use the right ads rather than the one that had the best cost.
Organic Growth is Slow
Business owners often try to use organic alternatives to Facebook ads because they are afraid of spending money on their ads; however, if they were to just put $1 in and get $2 out, they would use Facebook ads forever.
Where to Start?!
This is why I have created videos displaying how to setup your ads manager. This displays that you should track only relevance score, an objective metric from one to ten given by Facebook, conversions, and costs per conversions. The other metrics are distractions that will stop a business owner from seeing real metrics that transition into making sales.
